"Stories of a Swamper" contains observations and experiences from when the author was young and full of beans.  Most concern the annual Labour Day long week-end of trying dangerous things that could kill you.  Fortunately, that didn't happen!  Other stories are about family.

Every Labour Day weekend the author tried various adventures that had the potential to kill or maim but went ahead with anyway.  No one said they were bright.  Parachuting, Whitewater rafting, Scuba Diving,  Dragon Boat Racing and Hang gliding to name a few.

A thrilling tale of a spouse losing their passport in another country and how the author, unbeknownst to them, was responsible even though they had their passport safely in their possession.
